Blue Oyster Cult, Nazareth & KISS 1974 Tennessee Canceled Concert Poster
Between June 25 and July 8, 1974, KISS was scheduled to open up for Blue Oyster Cult on a series of 13 concerts. However, after the June 22 appearance at the Electric Ballroom in Atlanta, Georgia, Paul Stanley underwent minor surgery to remove polyps from his vocal chords. They resumed opening for 'the Cult' back on July 11 and did so through September 16. Featured here is a scarce and original concert poster from their canceled July 7, 1974, show at the West Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Jackson, Tennessee. The poster measures 12 x 22 inches and is in very good overall condition with minor edge wear and natural ageing.
