Offered Here: Eagles 1994 Bill Graham Presents Shoreline Amphitheatre Concert Poster #95
Item Details: This premium auction lot features an authentic, original Bill Graham Presents concert poster for the Eagles 1994 performance at the iconic Shoreline Amphitheatre, cataloged as series number 95. This historic piece of rock memorabilia was collaboratively designed by the legendary poster artists Randy Tuten and Daddy Bread, making it a highly significant and collectible artifact of mid-nineties rock art history. The poster features a striking visual design that perfectly captures the era of the band's historic reunion. Measuring approximately 20 3/4 inches x 29 inches, this impressive poster delivers exceptional visual presence and serves as a standout addition for serious music history archives and dedicated Eagles collectors alike.
The Eagles were among the most commercially successful American bands of the 1970s, blending rock, country and folk into a polished sound on albums such as Hotel California, while their Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) compilation became one of the best-selling albums in U.S. history. After splitting acrimoniously in 1980, the band reunited in 1994, a return named after Don Henley's earlier remark that they would get back together "when hell freezes over." The resulting Hell Freezes Over tour and accompanying album, which reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200, launched a second phase of the band's career and set a benchmark for large-scale rock reunion tours in the decades that followed.
Condition: The poster is in very good condition overall, maintaining excellent visual appeal while displaying common characteristics of careful handling, natural aging, and archival storage. Specific condition factors are limited to minor edge wear along the sides and light surface creasing from standard preservation over the years. The paper retains great structural integrity, and the central artwork remains crisp and vibrant, making this an excellent candidate for immediate display or professional framing.
