A collectible lot of four Engelbert Humperdink 7-inch acetates and test pressing from the Johnny "D" DeMairo collection. * 1973 'A Place In The Sun' U.K. acetate * 1975 'World Without Love' U.S. acetate * 1976 'After The Lovin'' b/w 'Let's Remember The Good Times' Greek test pressing in very good and clean condition * 19?? 'For The Good Times' b/w 'Once There Was A Love' acetate All records are in Good to Fair condition unless otherwise noted with signs of ageing, storage, and wear. The acetates all have clouded and show multiple instances of scuffs and light scratches. This 7-inch acetates and test pressing lot comes from the Johnny "D" DeMairo collection. A New York based DJ and producer, DeMairo founded Henry Street Music in 1994, which was also the year he started a 15-year tenure with Atlantic Records as an A&R / Remix coordinator and senior director of crossover music for Warner Music. He has authored two books and has been programming his internet radio station - The Johnny D Experience - since 2019. In the vinyl community, the 'Johnny D' collection of 7 and 12-inch acetates and test pressings is known to be among the largest, rarest, and most valuable in the world.
