Procol Harum 1970 Lot of 16 Original Fillmore East Concert Tickets & 2 Stubs
An impressive lot of 16 original Fillmore East full ticket and two matching ticket stubs. The details are: Date: Aug 14-15, 1970 Headliner: Procol Harum Opening Act (s): Country Joe & The Fish / Toe Fat Pages: Condition: Very good Stub (s): 2 Ticket (s): 16 This lot initially came from the collection of Jacaeber Kastor, a writer, artist, gallery-owner and curator of psychedelic art. He is the former owner of the successful Psychedelic Solution gallery in New York's West Village. Kastor had collected what at the time was believed to be a complete collection of Fillmore East programs, and tickets, in addition to original artwork, posters and handbills. After the closure of the gallery in 2004, Eric King, the highly respected authority on the Bill Graham poster series, authenticated this exceptional collection and brokered a sale some 20 years ago to the private psychedelic art collection of Jim Pallotta.
