Item Details: This premier rock & roll collectible features a single, museum-quality 8 x 10-inch black-and-white photograph capturing bassist John Deacon and legendary frontman Freddie Mercury performing live on stage during Queen's historic 1980s era. Offering an intimate glimpse into the band's unmatched stadium energy and onstage chemistry, this incredibly rare artifact is personally signed by acclaimed photographer Waring Abbott and hand-numbered as a true 1/1 unique print. Sourced directly from Abbott’s own elite private collection, this exclusive, one-of-a-kind piece represents an unmissable investment opportunity for serious rock archivists and fine-art collectors alike.

Provenance / Authenticity: The items in this lot are sourced directly from the personal archives of renowned photojournalist Waring Abbott. Abbott’s iconic imagery has graced the pages of Time, Newsweek, People, Rolling Stone, and countless foreign publications, alongside legendary album covers and photo spreads for KISS, Led Zeppelin, Lou Reed, and Bob Dylan and others.

Bassist John Deacon joined Queen in 1971, and his songwriting gave the band some of its biggest hits, including "Another One Bites the Dust," which reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1980, and "I Want to Break Free." Freddie Mercury's operatic range and command of large audiences made Queen one of the leading stadium acts of the decade, a reputation reinforced by the band's widely praised set at Live Aid at Wembley Stadium in 1985. Mercury's death in 1991 ended that era of the band, and the 1980s remain the period most closely associated with Queen's live performances.
