The Turtles 1968 Massachusetts & Washington DC Lot of 40 Color Slides
An original and collectible lot of forty color slides of candid shots from the Turtles excursions to Boston and Provincetown, Massachusetts and Washington D.C. in early 1968. The slides are in particularly good condition with minor signs of ageing, wear, and storage. This lot comes from the estate of John Barbata, drummer for The Turtles, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jefferson Airplane and Jefferson Starship. Barbata passed away in 2024 after a long career. He recorded 35 albums and was a session drummer on many more. A Certificate of Authenticity - signed by Barbata's estate - will be included with this lot.
